Unable to see access to requests/EMC
When trying to look at my Service Request I get the following error message:
You are not authorized to view this DELL EMC Service Request.
how can I get my access raised?
No Events found!

Thanks for your question. Can you private message me the case number? Are you viewing it with the account you created it with or the email you opened the case with?
