Unable to obtain Dell EMC UnityVSA Community Edition Licence
Hello,
I am expiriencing the problem to obtain Dell EMC UnityVSA Community Edition Licence.
After installation of appliance i am running configuration wizard and recieveing System UUID which i am pasting on licensing portal:
https://www.delltechnologies.com/en-us/auth/elmeval.htm
Following error message appears:
I am signed in to the portal.
Cann you please assist me to obtain community edition license?

I have been escalating this issue to License team and internal IT ...
And its looks like the site is back in normal ...
( other users confirmed )

This site not working for me. I am getting below error after i enter UUID.
Uncaught Error.
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid
response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /oaks/api/licensevaluestoelm.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

I have been escalating this issue and they( IT teams) are working on ...
( not yet for ETA info from them... )
I will let you know once I have news from IT teams .
Sorry for the inconvenience, if you need file to be generated sooner , you can create SR and talk with Licensing team ( as they know vsa site has issue ).

We are working to resolve the license site issue. Currently there is not an eta for this to be resolved.
