Hello mahanto,
What is the error code that was given as I see the error message but not the code? What was your current OE and which OE were you upgrading to? Were there any errors on the system prior to starting the upgrade?

Hello mahanto,
What was the error code that was given when you tried to do the upgrade? You provide the error message in your original post but not the error code.

Hello mahanto,
When you look at the SP’s what version of OE is showing? Have you tried to reboot the SP’s one at a time?

Hello mahanto,
If the Unity peer did not upgrade as expected, there could be several reasons for this issue. One common reason could be the lack of free disk space in the specified directories (/cores/service or /var/tmp/upgrade/images) on the local or peer SP. In such cases, the upgrade process may fail due to insufficient space to transfer the image files.
To address this issue, you should ensure that both the local and peer SP have enough free space in the designated directories to accommodate the upgrade image files. You can check the available disk space on both SPs and make sure it meets the requirements for the upgrade process to proceed successfully.
