Pulling IP information for Unity interfaces?

Good morning.

I am trying to pull the IP information for all the interfaces and IQCN ports on our UNITY system.  I am unsure of what report/options to run.

One of our hosts won't connect to the Unity and I need this information to help narrow down the problem.
