Hi.
Thank you for your question.
Here is the information to help resolve the SSH and ping issues on your management IP 10.1.13.2.
Regarding the SSH connection, SSH is disabled by default on Dell EMC Unity arrays. Since you have access to the Unisphere GUI, you can enable it directly from the web interface. To do this, log in to Unisphere, navigate to the Service menu, select Service Tasks, and choose the option to enable SSH. Alternatively, you can access the service menu by navigating to https://10.1.13.2/service.html in your web browser, logging in with your admin credentials, and enabling SSH from that page.
Regarding the ping failure, if the Unisphere GUI is accessible at 10.1.13.2, the Unity management network interface is online and operating correctly. The lack of an ICMP ping response is most commonly caused by network security policies or firewalls in your environment that are configured to block ICMP traffic. Another potential cause is a routing or VLAN configuration issue causing asymmetric routing, which can prevent return ping packets from reaching your host even when the web interface works. Please consult with your network administrator to verify that ICMP traffic and TCP port 22 for SSH are permitted through all network paths to the Unity management IP, and that the routing table for your subnet is configured correctly.
For further reference, you may review Dell Knowledge Base Article 000446216 regarding enabling and disabling SSH.
Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
Thanks,
Josh

The Unisphere GUI and SSH use separate authentication methods, and having a local administrator account with full GUI access does not automatically grant SSH access.
SSH access to the service console requires the dedicated service account credentials, not the Unisphere admin credentials. The default service account username is "service" and the password would have been set during the initial configuration of the array. If the service account password was never changed from the default, it is typically "service" as well.
