Hello everyone, I wanted to upgrade my Unity 300F to version 5.5.0.0.5.259. During this process, controller A malfunctioned, and the process stopped. I physically replaced controller A. I can now access it through the service port. Both controllers appear to be updated to this version, but the error message on the screen below persists.

I don't know what to do. My device's support period has expired, and I have data on it. What should I do?

Since both controllers have a new version, try restarting them together to fix the error. If the problem still exists, check the logs or contact support for help. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
