Hello everyone, I wanted to upgrade my Unity 300F to version 5.5.0.0.5.259. During this process, controller A malfunctioned, and the process stopped. I physically replaced controller A. I can now access it through the service port. Both controllers appear to be updated to this version, but the error message on the screen below persists.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Try the steps in this article. Dell EMC Unity: How to cancel obsolete upgrading on GUI after the SPs got upgraded to new code (User Correctable) | Dell US you will need to login.
-Firstly try to reboot the management server from CLI:
svc_restart_service restart MGMT

Since both controllers have a new version, try restarting them together to fix the error. If the problem still exists, check the logs or contact support for help. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
