Convert ISCSI Disk from MBR to GPT without losing the data

I am currently using Unity 300 storage as a SAN storage solution. All LUNs have been provisioned as block disks over iSCSI. However, some of these disks were initialized as MBR, and I now need to convert them to GPT without risking data loss. Is there a feasible method to achieve this?"
