Do you have an emc account? If so then you should be able to access the link for download. If you don’t have an account, or have an active warranty on your unity system then you will not be able to access the utility.

Once our account is registered to either your Unity system or your site ID you should get access to download the utility. If you just created your account, it can take a few days for it to be associated to your companies site id.

In order to access the unity connection utility, you need to have an active EMC account. Since you have purchased a unity system, and as you stated it is coming next month. Once your system arrives you will register it to your emc account or emc site id, and one that is complete then you will have access to all utilities and tools for Unity systems.

As i understand, this account created must have domain company email then it can be active, gmail can not be active
