can we restore VERITAS NetBackup backups to UnityVSA which backed up from VNX?

we have a need to restore some NDMP backups which made from VNX but currently unavailable, just wonder if we can use the UnityVSA for the restore.

it is a single file with small size.

looks UnityVSA is not allowing to configure NDMP backup on VERITAS NetBackup.

if any similar experience, can someone please share?
