Before Upgrade what should keep in mind?

Hi Team,

I want to know basic details about software code upgrade of EMC Unity/VNX storage box. I want to know- what are the things we should keep in mind before starting the upgrade and also after upgrade.

I want you to please give in step by step process so that i can easily understand.
