DELL-Cares bot asking for private Service Tag number

The DCF (Dell Community Forum) is divided by lines of PC (Consumer/Business/Enterprise etc.). Each section has its own specific Liaisons/Moderators and support agents. Before anyone can receive routing to the correct support team, the PC service tag number must be obtained by the DELL-Cares bot. Once the PC service tag number is received, the tool then routes the "case" to the correct support team and agents. The agents then reply using the same DELL-Cares Forum account.
