"Welcome to Aloha" - Is this a legit Dell email?

Email I believe from Dell below, some info changed...cpsd.my.site resolves to dell but why use this antiquated verbiage? I thought CPSD was deprecated years ago? And why is there no info on Aloha?

Thanks

From: vs@dellteam.com

It appears it is legit.  I questioned my account rep and he had no clue.  Then I received the below email from Dell:

"Dell Technologies Services Advisory: Communication to external CPSD Portal users regarding Aloha email correspondence

Date: October 14, 2024

Communication to external CPSD Portal users regarding Aloha email issue

Description:

We understand an errant email message was sent to you earlier today. We apologize for the confusion the Aloha welcome email caused. An unexpected configuration triggered the welcome email to be launched. The issue has been identified and we have taken steps to prevent it from happening again.

Resolution:

Dell is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the Dell Identity Authentication model to enhance security for users accessing the Dell CPSD Customer Portal. MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access by requiring users to provide a second form of verification.

Attached you will find instructions to log in to the Customer Portal to re-authenticate with MFA.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.  If you continue to experience issues, please contact your local service team or the Dell Customer Support Center.

Sincerely,

Dell Technologies Customer Service
