Trusted Device software install instructions missing something

I'm trying to install Trusted Device verification software on a Latitude 7280. According to the install guide, BIOS verification is supported on this model. Before installing I updated to the latest BIOS released 12/16/24. I followed the UI installation. The Trusted Device interface shows BIOS warning in red:

BIOS Verification
BIOS data used to perform verification invalid
BIOS verification encountered an invalid BIOS data error. Please restart the machine. If the issue persists, upgrade Dell Trusted Devices

I found two more files to download. One was a CERT which I installed. The other is a zip file Trusted_Device_agent_scripts-1.4. The install instructions claim there is an executable, but it contains two scripts. I cannot find any instruction of where to put these scripts.
