XPS 10 Refresh/Reset needs Installation Media

Hello Everyone

I would like to check if anyone on the community could help out on this swamp i've gotten myself into. I own a XPS 10 with windows RT 8.1.  I found a really really cheap keyboard for it (dell dock) and the device won't recognise it. They keyboard "works" in the sense that i can see both batteries in device administrator and if i dock the tablet, it charges through it. So it seems like a software, firmware or driver problem. Or that is what some technician told me when i took it to a store.  ¿Solution? Well, just do a factory reset with the tablet docked in.

So, here is my second problem. When i try to do refresh, reset or whatever I get into this stupid loop and I can't get out of it. If I try to follow any guide (from windows, or booting from usb or going to "bios-like-thing" result is always the same, if I don't insert any recovery device It will ask for it, if I try to do it with the device, it says that some  files are missing, if i create a new device it finishes without a problem but it does not work.

So far I have asked in windows community, but nobody seems to be able to give a reasonable answer. If I check dell's troubleshooting guide or info, It always sends me to Dell supportassist, it works great in computers but this is a freakin ARM device!, can't get any "fixing tool", cant reset, can't use keyboard, bla bla bla.  As additional info whe tablet is up-to-date.

Any answers welcome!

Thanks

Spoiler
Update.

So far I was able to reset the tablet to factory settings and update it without any kind of problem, the main problem, I assume, was to assign the partition where all the data was, as a revory partition (maybe I messed that one up previously).

I recieved one of the "Monthly quality opdates" and ...It worked! No idea why, not a single clue to be honest. The bad part came the day after, I used it until it ran off battery (tablet). I plugged it again and the magic was gone without leaving any trace. If you're wondering, I uninstalled that one magic update and reinstalled it once again but i just did not work.
