Will my DV8Pro 5830 take a 128 micro SD?
I have a DV8Pro 64GB 5830 running Win8.1 and am slowly getting to grips with it!
I am currently using a SanDisk Ultra 64 GB MicroSD card for additional internal memory but want to use a 128GB card if at all possible.
Does anyone know if it will take either of :-
1) a Samsung 128 EVO Plus or
2) a Sandisk Ultra 128GB micro sd ??

Yep, it'll take a 128GB microSDXC card. Using one right now without any issue (a PNY card, but the manf. should not make any difference, as long as it complies with the SDXC standard, which major manfs. should).
