Will a T-Mobile SIM work with a Verizon WWAN card (DW 5811e x7 LTE)

I can get a Dell 5175 tablet at a good price.  The Service Tag info says it has a Verizon WWAN.  On the tablet, it says that it's a Sierra Wireless DW 5811e Snapdragon X7 LTE.

Will a T-Mobile SIM work with it?
