We cannot buy packs of additional nibs for the DELL Canvas!

After speaking with a DELL rep over chat for an hour today the best they could do was a single nib for $30, Wacom nibs go for $18 for a pack of 10 on Amazon Canada. The rep said that the nib was considered a spare part and had to come from their spare parts center. Honestly what is going on with that, why don’t they just sell packs of 10 nibs for a reasonable price like everyone else.
