Venue Pro 8 - Starting from scratch

Hello forum, like a lot of people, I have had trouble upgrading my Dell Venue Pro 32Gb Tablet due to lack of storage space.

I'm wondering of it is possible to start from scratch and clear the entire tablet or as much as possible and reinstall a clean version of windows 10 in this instance.

Now not being the most technically savvy person around (but being good at following instructions step by step) I am not sure what this would mean to the Dell drivers etc.

Am I able to create something externally like the windows media creation tool, format my tablet and then reinstall? or some combination of steps that will allow me to get a new functioning efficient windows installation on the tablet. Thanks in advance for any help!!
