Venue 8 Pro - Reset query - To clear TPM or not?

Have have a secondhand Venue 8 pro (windows 10) and decided to reset it which went OK except for the message bolded below. I selected  ESC but would like to know what would happen if I selected F12. I would really like to clear it of everything except anything things that may be needed for a future reset.

Will clearing the TPM in anyway stop a Reset (which includes re-installing Windows 10) from happening in the future?

A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

WARNING: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press F12 or Volume Up to clear the TPM Press ESC or Volume Down to reject the change request and continue

Since posting and because of the changes pressing F12 might happen, I backed everything up, image of the drive and also created a recovery USB. Checked the BIOS to see if it was password protected,it was not, So did another reset to wipe everything. As before one message came up before pressing F12 telling me that, some files could not be removed, so I should try reset again.

The reset pressing F12 went ahead no problem and windows 10 re-installed. I then did as suggested and ran reset again.

The reset afterwards was not successful and a message was displayed that there was a problem. As the only files remaining after the first were probably protected I decided to give the PC some time and put some of my own files on it. The intention being to run reset again when the system had been updated and changed.

Third reset run and it was exactly the same as the first time. So how do I clear the TPM and remove the files that I suspect are linked to it?

In case it matters the BIOS is the latest A14 and the Venue 8 Pro the 5830 model

Thank you Robert.

That video shows how to reset the PC without logging in but having tried it, it does not make any difference. The reset completes with the message that some files could not be removed and the option the clear the TPM by selecting F12 is offered again. Is that normal with the Dell Venue 8 Pro using the recovery options built in?
