Venue 8 Pro only shows Dell Logo - frozen/stuck
Hey gang!!
Just got a cool Venue 8 Pro. I set it up using my Microsoft ID, and even downloaded a number game (2048) without a problem. Later, i turned it on to mess with it more, and now it just shows me the Dell Logo and never goes further (is stuck/frozen on the Dell logo).
I tried shutting on/off several times (seeing a post about a hard reset, and another stating that if i did this 8 times, it would reset the whole device for me) to no avail. It does shut off when i hold the power button off, but when i turn it back on, it just sits at the Dell Logo.
This is happening with only 20 minutes of use, so something odd must have happened... Any ideas from the community? This happened yesterday and it's still happening - thanks in advance guys!!

Just contact the customer support.
If you want to try to see what's going on, you may try to boot in to bios (power up until dell logo then press vol down). See if there is any wierd things in your bios or try return it to default setting.
If you can't even boot into bios then you should contact the customer support.
