Venue 8 Pro 5855- No Active Styluses recognized?

I have the Venue 8 Pro 5855 model with Windows 10 installed, and so far I've tried to use 2 different Dell Active Styluses that say they work with the Venue 8 Pro models, but neither of them ended up being recognized at all by the tablet, and yes they do have new batteries in. My finger works for touch, but the pens do literally nothing when touched to the screen. I've tried updating the Intel chipset drivers, but nothing changed. I've been trying both the A00 and A02 stylus models, if that helps.
