Venue 11Pro reset repeated failure

Hello everyone I have a Dell Venue 11 pro tablet. When upon resetting Windows10 it gets to the Welcome screen and asks Continue in selected language it is no longer possible to communicate with it (on screen, by mouse). It does not respond to tapping on Yes button. And provides no réaction at all (screen, side buttons). I have tried advanced repair options and all other possible ways it suggests - no luck; still upon resetting and resetting I get to the same point. What is the nature of the issue ? And how to fix it  ?
