wazery,

You may want to update the video card drivers in the system. Also, run the diags  on the system to see if it will show any hardware failures.

The Dell ePSA (Enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) diagnostics performs a complete check of your system hardware to assure that all devices are functioning correctly. The ePSA is embedded with the BIOS and is launched by the BIOS internally. The embedded system diagnostics provides a set of options for particular devices or device groups allowing you to:

Run tests automatically or in an interactive mode
Repeat tests
Display or save test results
Run thorough tests to introduce additional test options to provide extra information about the failed device(s)
View status messages that inform you if tests are completed successfully
View error messages that inform you of problems encountered during testing
Launching ePSA
Power on the tablet.
When the Dell Logo is displayed, press and hold Volume Up (+) button on the left of the tablet, until the Boot Menu screen is displayed.
(If the tablet is attached to an external USB keyboard, tap F12 key as the Dell logo appears.)
Use Volume Up (+) to navigate the option to Diagnostics and press Volume Down (-) to select. The ePSA utility window is displayed, listing all devices detected in the computer.

Testing Devices using ePSA
The ePSA starts running the quick test automatically on all the detected devices without waiting for user input.
To select a specific device to test, users can touch the Abort button below the screen or tap the Esc key (on the external keyboard) to stop the test.

Some tests for specific devices require user interaction. Always ensure that you are present at the computer terminal when the diagnostic tests are performed.

The touch screen, external mouse and external keyboard are functional in the tablet's ePSA utility mode as per design.
