Venue 11 Pro 7130
Hi, does anyone have an email for Dell Technical Support. I recently read that the Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 and 7139 had a recall in 2014. I know if is a four years back and time has passed, but I was wondering why I was never notified. I have been experiencing the issues that have plagued the device since its release, mainly the throttling and crashed/restarts. Has anyone performed the recall and what steps did Dell do to assist you. Does anyone know if this this recall still valid or has it expired? Thanks.

The recall was for certain Venue Pro Tablets. Below is a D2D Blog post explaining the recall.
They Got a New Venue 11 Pro. Why Didn’t I?
"We want to assure all of our tablet customers that the issues were isolated to models 7130 and 7139 of the Venue 11 Pro tablet shipped before March 1, 2014. We have reached out to all affected customers already, so if you haven’t heard from us, you don’t need to do anything."
