Venue 11 Pro 7130 Tablet Keyboard not recognised

Hi,

I have a Venue 11 Pro 7130 and a Dell Mobile Tablet Keyboard (with battery). The keyboard and trackpad has suddenly stopped working. The battery is detected and charges/works fine.

- The tablet was upgraded to Windows 10 some time before the problem started.
- There was no physical reason (e.g. impact, dropped etc) for the keyboard to stop working.
- I have tried the registry edit specified here. No good - registry entries for VID_06CB&PID_2819xxxxx did not exist.
- I have tried updating the BIOS - now on A19 (was A16).
- Device manager shows "Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" when the keyboard is connected.

Is there an updated driver I can download? Or is this indicative of a different issue?
