Venue 11 Pro 5130 32bit

Good evening everyone,

as the title suggests, I have a Venue 11 pro 5130 32bit with a battery charge maintenance problem during use. Although I connect it to the power outlet with the original Dell 24watt battery charger and the non-original USB / micro usb cable discharges slowly, especially if I connect to the internet also via cable. I tried to buy the original cable on the Dell website thinking to solve it, but the problem is that one day after the payment they canceled the order saying that the cable does not exist in stock so they will refund me the money.

Can anyone help me figure out what the cause is and maybe where I can find a genuine Dell connector?
