Venue 11 Pro 5130 32Bit W10 1538 wireless driver install

I have restored this device to factory image and then let Windows Update bring it up to date.

Went well and now at W10 v 1903.

All seems OK except that the Bluetooth will not connect to my keyboard - keeps asking for a code.

The keyboard forum (Anker) says this is a driver issue as it should not be asking for a code for a keyboard.

So went to Dell support site (specific to my service tag) and downloaded the latest driver for the wireless/BT card (and also BIOS and chipset which has been installed). The install for the W/BT card fails to install with the message:

 

I have searched for alternative drivers and come up with several, all dated 2016 but updated 2018/2019.

I can't find any way to contact Dell as obviously it is no longer under warranty.

Can anyone offer any help?
