Venue 10 Pro 5055 in a constant reboot cycle - Update

I had the solution posted at www.dewaynewatts.com however due to rising cost I have had to move the website and I reposted the solution exactly as it originally was posted.

The fix is the exact same with exact same images. I attempted to update the existing link but the reply option was dimmed. I also forgot my login information for my Tasana account but I am the same poster.
