Venu Pro 11 7140 BSOD

Hi,

Ever since I have the Dell Venu pro 11 7140 I get a daily BSOD mostly when I'm not using the system.

bug check:  0x00000154

This happened on Windows 10 1511 and also after upgrade to 1607

I ran driver verifier and get a BSOD on intelpcc.sys which seems to be the intel collaborative processor performance control (CPPC) driver

Driver version 1.0.0.1018

any Ideas ?
