Thunderbolt Port on 9250
I've got the Dell XPS 12 9250 and I've really enjoyed it. I've made sure I have all the latest driver updates and such. However, only the bottom Thunderbolt port will work for charge whereas earlier both ports would charge. I've tested the port to see if it may be dead, but it isn't. I can plug a USB drive with a C port on it and it works just fine I can access it and add or move files around on it. It just isn't charging. I should add that I've used Dell's online scan to see if anything is wrong and it detects nothing wrong and nothing shows up in device manager as being wrong either. I've even deleted the drivers and reinstalled them and nothing up to this point has worked.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how to fix it.?
Thanks!
Update: After messing with this problem I've discovered the culprit to be the newest bios for the 9250. It determines that what ever C port the power is plugged into is the only one that is able to charge. The second C port simply acts as a USB port with no charging ability. I tried downgrading the bios and it wouldn't let me even though I had checked the box in UEFI allowing me to down grade my bios.
Common guys get it right!

Generally, attempting to go back to an older bios is very risky and we do not recommend it. You could break the CMOS rendering the system not bootable.
So you are saying that the BIOS 1.1.25 when ran, identified which TB3/USBC port had the power cable connected to it, and now that is the only TB3/USBC port that charges? Does it charge from the top B3/USBC port if you do this =
* Turn the XPS 12-9250 off by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds
* Plug the power cable into the top TB3/USBC port
* Turn the XPS 12-9250 on
