REQUEST: A03 BIOS for Venue 11 5130 Pro (32Bit)

Only versions A04-A16 are avaialble for download; I upgraded to resolve freezing issue but A04 on up remove power functionality I was using; Would like to go back to A03 and try to resolve freezing another way or live with it.

This is not to be confused with the 64Bit A03. Anyone @ Dell reading this can make this happen?
