PN5122W not functioning correctly
My PN5122W Dell stylus/pen has been acting up. It often seems to "disconnect" even though it has remained connected to my laptop through Dell Peripheral Manager. The pen won't draw, tap, scroll, or interact with my touchscreen in any way (I have the Inspiron 14 7420 2-in-1).
Sometimes taking the battery (an Energizer AAAA battery) out and putting it back in will resolve the issue, but not always.
The nib of the pen doesn't seem too worn down.
Is this a Bluetooth connectivity issue? A software bug? A hardware issue with the pen? A hardware issue with my laptop?!
It is super super frustrating. I'm a digital artist. I don't know how to solve this issue. Help.
