My dell venue 8 pro is near to be bricked
To start with..i have dv8p 64gb.. recently i updated to win10 trial..lastly it showed liscence expiring on 3rd march..please activate ur windows.. so i gave it to local technician to update it..and there it began..he instead installed cracked version of win10..which i really dont want..plus it just left me with 5 gb space left out of 64 gb
Now i dont know what to do..i have key for windows 8.1 SL which came preinstalled.. previously it had 30 gb free space
I want my genuine windows 8.1 back and also the free space
If i format it to reinstall 8.1 from other source through usb or cd rom .i am scared that it might be bricled
Please help me in the situation

Junaidsid,
Restore/Refresh/Reset the tablet
If you're having problems with the tablet, you can try to restore, refresh, or reset it.
Restore the tablet to an earlier point in time
Restoring the tablet is a way to undo recent system changes you've made. If you think an app or driver that you recently installed caused problems with your PC, you can restore it back to an earlier point in time, called a restore point. System Restore doesn't change your personal files, but it might remove recently installed apps and drivers.
A NOTE indicates important information that helps you make better use of your computer. NOTE:
Windows automatically creates a restore point when you install new Windows updates if the last restore point is older than 7 days. You can also create a restore point at any time.
To restore your PC using System Restore:
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. Enter Recovery in the search box or go to Control Panel and then tap on Recovery.
Tap or click Open System Restore, and follow the prompts.
Refresh the tablet
Refreshing your tablet will restore the system to original factory settings without deleting any of your personal files, installed apps from Windows Store or personalization settings.
Here's what will happen when you refresh the tablet:
Files and personalization settings will not change.
PC settings will be changed back to their defaults.
Apps from Windows Store will be kept.
Apps you installed from discs or websites will be removed.
A list of removed apps will be saved on your desktop.
Follow the steps below to perform refresh:
Swipe in from the right edge of the display to access Charms.
Touch Settings > Change PC settings > Update and recovery > Recovery > Refresh your PC without affecting your files.
Touch Get started.
Touch Next after you read the warning.

Third-party apps will be removed.
