Latitude 10-ST2e Recovery

 Hello, I'm not good at English (I'm from Belarus) but hope you understand.
I have Dell Latitude 10 ST2e. 
I want to factory reset my tablet and need the recovery partition image to do this
I do not know why but mine was deleted, so I can't make factory reset.

Can anybody help, please?
