Is the driver and update pages broke?
Hi Is the driver and update pages broke? ever time I hit it it this takes me two the support pages where you have two enter the service tags I all so noted when I hit submit nothing happens I hit detect my product its taking it sweet time or nothing is happen is that pages down or broke has well? This two went you no normally when I hit driver and updated it takes me right where I need to go and not two the support pages I have a dell venue 8 pro

Hi, Snow,
When I touch "My Dell" and then "Drivers and Updates," it starts Firefox and goes directly to the service page with the service tag already in the URL. If I scroll down, it shows the list of updates.
It does seem to be broken in that it does not show me which ones are new, already installed, not applicatible to my VP8, etc.
Try it from My Dell and see if that works for you.
