How to stop Dell Venue 11 Pro 7139 from keeping connecting to xfinitywifi?
A Dell Venue 11 Pro 7139 running Windows 10 connects xfinitywifi automatically. The following is what I have done:
1. Disconnect from xfinitywifi, and uncheck "Connect automatically"
2. Delete known network xfinitywifi.
3. Go to registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles) and every profile.
4. Reset the network and reboot the tablet ( Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset).
Nothings works. The tablet will automatically add xfinitywif profile and connect to it automatically within 30 seconds after rebooting the tablet.

Thank you for the tip, Jesse.
I was a while ago, but not since I got this tablet.
My issue is different from the posts. Their devices were logged into Xfinity, but mine cannot because I am not their customer. It just connects to xifinitywifi, opens a browser asking for log-in.

hz10,
Try the following steps to see if they will resolve the issue.
1. Click the Tools menu at the top of the Firefox window.
2. Select Options from the Tools drop-down list
3. Click the Content tab in the Options dialog box.
4. Select or clear the Block pop-up windows check box to enable or disable pop-up blockers.
5. Click OK.

Hello Jesse,
Could you tell me how this is related to Firefox? The tablet does not have Firefox.

hz10,
You can try the same in internet explorer. On the tools section in IE click on popup blocker. If that does not resolve the issue call into the Dell Support at 1-800-624-9896.

Still not sure how this issue is related to the browser. The xfinitywifi is connected automatically before any browser is open.
