How do I click restore for Windows 8?

COMPUTER: Dell Venue Pro 11 Tablet + Keyboard

I turn on my tablet:

I click the volume up key to continue (the tablet doesn't seem to recognise the F1 key on my keyboard) and then this happens:

Afterwards this happens:

BUT, I can't click restore!! The touchscreen on the tablet won't let me click restore, the keyboard and the mouse trackpad won't let me click restore. 

So how do I restore the tablet?

How do I hit that button?

*NOTE 1: The usb port is not working so I can't plug in an additional mouse or keyboard or other peripherals. 

*NOTE 2: I have run SETUP by clicking F2 and changed the time of day and date and I still ended up with the blue screen.
