Have a problem with my Dell Venue 8 3830
I bought Venue 8 five days ago. All spec are correct define by Atutu Benchmark. But a problems is, first my rear camera have a sound "Tick" when i go into any camera app or stock camera app and it didnt focus well. all range is blur except in close range about 20 cm and closer. And second is my order number is shown me i got a Venue 8 in dell support site. but my service tag from box and device is show i got a Dell Venue 7. whats wrong with it. Anyone can help? I bought it from a big dealer in my country.

Power on the tablet
Click on settings. If you do not see settings, press the middle button, then click on settings.
In the left column, scroll down to the bottom About Tablet or About System.
Then in the right column, it will tell you the model of the tablet you have

I have a problem with a warranty. When my device is Venue 8 and also in the website is shown about warranty of venue 7.I just Dizzy. But nvm anymore i dont care now. Thanks again.

If you have a problem with your device, did you register your product, if not purchased from Dell's website? Registering your Dell Product
If you have an issue with the service tag, maybe post in the Customer Care Forum and someone can help with correcting this. On the same page that the system was listed, near the bottom, the service tag is also listed. Do NOT post the service tag in the forums.
