Google Play Store / Dell Venue 10 5050
Last week I received my Dell Venue 10 5050 in the mail. OS - Android Lollipop 5.0.2. During the setup process, I immediately synced the tablet to my Google account. I went to the Google Play Store and downloaded a movie from my library. We watched 30 minutes of the movie and stopped it. I exited the Google Play Store and pressed the power button to hibernate the device.
I tried to start the movie again hours later via the Google Play Store. It just keeps loading and will not play. I then deleted the movie from my library and tried to stream it over wi-fi from the Google Play Store itself, it still just loads.
I have power cycled the tablet numerous times. Same result.
I then uninstalled the latest update from Google Play Store and reinstalled it, still the same loading behavior as before.
I can play this movie (downloaded version or streaming over wi-fi) on all other devices that are synced to my Google account; Dell Latitude laptop and Samsung Galaxy S5. For that alone, I suspect an issue with the with Dell tablet and not the Google Play Store.
From the Dell tablet I am unable to play any movies, shows, etc.. from the Google Play Store.
Any tips, hints, suggestions are appreciated, thanks!
I am also creating a forum post in the Google Play Store. I'll let you know how that goes.

Does anyone from Dell actually read these forums or should I just call tech support for this issue?
