ESXi 6.7 U3 can't detect the perc755 raid card

What ESXi version are you trying to install? You will need to use the Dell customized ISO of ESXi, as there is no driver available in the Dell download page. Please visit https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000176963/dell-emc-customized-image-of-vmware-esxi-availability-and-download-instructions for guidance.

You’ll need to use the Dell customized ESXi ISO for proper PERC755 support, since the standard VMware image may not include the required drivers. The Dell support article linked above should help with the download and installation steps.
