Drivers for Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controller - 9C61 62

I have a dell pad venue 11 pro , after windows 7 installed, there are 2 devices have no driver, acpi\int33c2 and 33c3. I search them on dell.com, and find the same device on xps11 and xps12, then I download the driver and install them, but there have yellow sign on them.

How can I install them and make them effective?

I ask intel, but they said they do not offer this driver, and best support should be provided by Dell.
