Does bios have power option

I'm looking to get a dell tablet from their refurbished but for various reasons it has to have the bios option that it will turn on when AC is applied. I see that some of the current 2-in-1s have that listed in the user's manual but I'm looking at a latitude tablet 12" 7275 and I've looked at the online docs and it doesn't show what's in the bios. Can anyone answer this? Thanks.
