Dell venue pro 11 general check up.

So I'm just trying to assess how good my used Dell pro 11 is and there are a few things I am unsure of if they are bugs our actual problems I need to worry about so here it goes :

My venue is the 7130 i5 4GB 128 ssd type. And I have already noticed quiet a few bugs like sometimes freezing but eventually the thing finishing. Sometimes slightly stuttery you tube video but not always and once the cursor stopping functioning and chrome freezing except touch was still working on screen. Not too major bugs things like this. Is this normal for one of these tablets? It passes Dell's stress tests and I did hear these tablets are a little buggy at times...
