Dell venue 8
Since the upgrade many off my apps icons disappear every time I reboot and i need to add them again. Some of the games I downloaded said they need Flash 10 or higher. When I try to download it they say not available on this device. Will this be added later? Before the upgrade my Xfinity TV Go app worked fine but since the upgrade every time I try to use it it says "Tv Go has stopped" and doesn't work at all.

I did a Google and found some information for you. i am going to provide you with a few links to articles on how to download and install the adobe flash player for android lollipop. They include step-by-step instructions and links to the flash player apk. They are going to tell you that you will need a browser that works with flash (i.e. firefox, dolphin, flashfox, etc...) and a file manager such as ES or Root Explorer to install the apk after you download it. As always it is best to read through the instructions in their entirety before starting. I always prefer XDA-Developers so that link is first, but I think any of these will work fine.

RICKB317, I have the same issue with the app icons disappearing - because I moved them to my microSD card. One of the drawbacks to using a microSD card for apps with Android these days. I am not aware of a way around the problem, but I haven't actively searched - just been using my app drawer to launch them.
You might have to sideload and install the Flash apk. I don't believe Android supports Adobe Flash natively any longer, but you should be able to get it to work if you download the apk to your device and then use a file manager to install it.
Best of luck!

I'm not very tech savvy. This is my first Android Device. I understood most but where would I get a flash apk? I tried the Play Store but nothing came up. Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you,

I followed the XDA instructions and they seemed to work out well. Flash 11.1 is now downloaded onto my device. Whether it works or not i'll soon find out. the strange thing is now when I reboot a couple of my apps reappear on the home screen but many still don't. Thank you for the advice and your time. I'll keep you appraised if any issues occur.
