Dell Venue 8 Pro screen cracked and is not responding...

The screen itself is mostly fine. The corner of the screen cracked after I dropped it in my driveway. The corner is cracked but the entire screen isn't responding. Is the anyway to temporarily let me use the screen so I can get my data off the computer?
