Dell Venue 8 Pro EFI_NOT_FOUND

When I try turning on my Dell Venue 8 Pro 3845, it gets me into BIOS automatically into a recovery section saying this . I've tried Dell's official way of BIOS recovery, but that didn't work. Also, I can't boot anything from USB, at least anything I've tried so far. Any help would be massively appreciated.
