dell venue 7 (3730) recovery/fastboot problem

hi to all

i have dell venue 7 (3730) here

and its hang on dell logo only  i was just try to update via sdcard with this files (  venue8_version-1.22-ota-signed_full_rooted) it was dell venue 8  (for exploring only) installation success even in verification process and after  installation my tablet doesnt reboot automatically  so i need to choose reboot manually after rebooting the problem start here

i cant access recovery mode or fastboot mode

its totally bricked

im just asking if there was a solution on how to recover img format without fastboot connection

any idea? TIA
