Dell Venue 5055 Pro

Good morning,
I bought a Dell Venue 5055 Pro tablet a month ago - second hand.
The serial number it is  and express service .
It works quite well for the given configuration.
I have the original charger Dell 10W and I buy another charger Trust 12W.
The problem is when I put to charging - charge for a few seconds and after return to run from battery .
The charge indicator light is on and is white.
If I close the tablet it will charge normally- after 4 hours it is full charged.
Battery life is 4-4,5 hours , operating system Windows 10 Entreprice, bios A07.
Please let me know the solution.
