Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140 'The System Cannot Communicate with Your Battery'

I recently bought the K12A travel keyboard with the battery. The first time I dock the tablet it said "The System Cannot Communicate with Your Battery" with the led blinking in amber color. the keyboard & touch pad working properly. I have directly plugged the charger cable to the dock USB charge port and then the led on the keyboard starts with white color and in few seconds it turned off. Charging while docked tablet led blinks white and twice with amber color. I've tried updating BIOS and it didn't helped.

All this time I've used original Dell charger and the cable. I didn't try to pry open the dock and removing battery solution.
