Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 Battery don't detected old and new

The old battery does not detect so I thought that the electronics inside was damaged but a new battery came to me.
And attention, after mounting the battery, the tablet worked but did not indicate the battery in the system and when it was exhausted it can not be recharged because the battery is invisible for the system and the bios.
Please help me to make it work?
